This is me
Daniel "D.C." Finegold Sachs
There is not much to tell everyone about me. Until recently
I was the General Counsel for District 28 of the United
Mine Workers of America. I have returned to my native Washington,
D.C. and started my own law firm: The Law Offices of Daniel Sachs. I am currently employed with the patent firm Neifeld IP Law PC. I also have accepted a position teaching religious school twice
a week at Agudis Achim
in Alexandria, Va.
I currently live in Virginia
with my lovely and talented wife Joni Finegold and our wonderful daughters Lillian Finegold-Sachs and Miriam Finegold-Sachs.
I am a graduate of the College
of William and Mary and George
Mason University School of Law. Besides politics, my interests include
Star Trek, all types of music,
(with the caveat that "country" doesn't count as music), children, and
labor / employment law.
I have always had a real passion for politics. Most people
look at politics and see "back-stabbing", "mud-slinging", and "smoked filled
rooms" and say, "YUCK!" I see "back-stabbing", "mud-slinging",
and "smoked filled rooms" and say
